The natural ways of increasing testosterone levels is preferable. Nutritional supplements may have other ingredients harmful to health. Not to mention, sometimes a greater production may also ramp up an ancillary production of estrogen.

When i read those words Snack on nuts, i just got remembered that using nuts in our diet can also reduce the risk of heart disease. All kinds of nuts might not be having same properties in them. What do you say?

Hi Princessa, I have one more to add, and that is of course if a man is married he should do all of the above and then to have frequent sex with his wife, now the trick is to do all of the above so that he can still enjoy frequent sex with his wife, most men that get married tend to forget that their wives like to look at a man that keeps fit, it makes for much better sex ...great aricle!
